01Will lifting make me bulky?
No. Building noticeable size takes years of focused training and eating. Lifting makes you stronger and more toned.
02Can I train during my period?
Usually yes. Your plan includes lighter options for days when energy is low.
03Is this safe after pregnancy?
With clearance from your doctor, yes. We start gently and progress carefully.
04Do you help with PCOS?
Training helps many women with PCOS. For nutrition, we recommend pairing with a dietitian consultation.
05Can I train at home?
Yes. We offer both home and gym versions.
06How often will I train?
Usually 3–4 days a week.
